Payment details. We do not collect or store credit card numbers. Payments are processed by third-party providers who handle that information under their own privacy policies and security standards.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email, or by contacting us. We will action unsubscribe requests promptly, in accordance with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).

Communications relating to a purchase you have made — access details, receipts, service updates — are not marketing and will continue regardless of your marketing preferences.

4. Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, understand how the site is used, and deliver relevant advertising.

We may use:

  • Essential cookies — required for the site and course platform to function
  • Analytics cookies — [Google Analytics or equivalent], to understand how the site is used
  • Advertising cookies — [Meta Pixel, Google Ads or equivalent], to measure advertising performance and show relevant ads

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling them may affect how parts of the site function.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our legal rights, or in connection with a sale or transfer of our business.

6. Mentoring Confidentiality

Information you share during private mentoring is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties, except where required by law or where you have given consent.

In group mentoring, information you choose to share is visible to other participants. We ask all members to respect the confidentiality of what is shared, but we cannot guarantee the conduct of other participants. Please exercise your own judgement about what you disclose in a group setting.

7. Testimonials and Case Studies

We will not publish your name, business, results or feedback without your consent.

Where you provide a testimonial, you consent to our use of it in our marketing. You may withdraw that consent by contacting us, and we will remove it from materials within our control within a reasonable time.

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure. These include restricted access, secure platforms and reputable third-party providers.

No method of transmission or storage is entirely secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If a data breach occurs that is likely to result in serious harm, we will respond in accordance with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme, including notifying you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner where required.

9. How Long We Keep It

We retain personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law.

Financial records are retained for [seven] years in accordance with Australian tax requirements. Course access records are retained while your access remains active. Marketing contact details are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.

10. Accessing and Correcting Your Information

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, out of date or incomplete.

To make a request, contact us at [email address]. We will respond within a reasonable time, ordinarily within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before providing access.

There is no charge for making a request. In some circumstances we may charge a reasonable fee for providing access, and we will tell you before doing so.

If we decline a request, we will explain why in writing.

11. Deleting Your Information

You may request deletion of your personal information. We will comply where we are able to, subject to:

  • Records we are legally required to retain, including financial records
  • Information necessary to resolve a dispute or enforce our agreements

Note that deleting your account information will end your access to any courses purchased.

12. Children

Our products are intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have done so, please contact us and we will delete it.

13. Third-Party Websites

Our website and courses may link to third-party sites and tools. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies before providing information to them.

14. Automated Decision-Making

We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects for you.

Where we use tools that segment audiences or personalise content — such as email platforms and advertising systems — these do not make decisions about your access to products or the terms on which they are offered.

[Note: Disclosure obligations relating to automated decision-making take effect in December 2026. If you begin using AI tools that make decisions affecting individuals, this clause requires review.]

15. Complaints

If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, please contact us first at [email address]. We take complaints seriously and will investigate and respond within a reasonable time, ordinarily within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner:
